About

Rick graduated from Belmont University as a Belmont Scholar with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a minor in Entertainment Law. He earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Tennessee in 2006. In Law School Rick was awarded the Moot Court Brief Writing Award and was the 2005 Advocate’s Prize Champion.

Rick moved to Springfield with his family in 2009 and has been a member of the Missouri Bar since that time. Rick is licensed in Missouri and Tennessee (inactive) and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri. His professional memberships include the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
