Pam is originally from Lake of the Ozarks, she then moved to West Plains for 10 years before calling Springfield her home for the past 7 years. Pam has 16 years in the medical office field, 10 years of medical billing, 12 years of management experience, with 10 years in Human Resource Management. She loves helping both the company and the employees working hard to make it a place you want to come to work at.

Pam loves her family, her friends, traveling, and helping others when she can.
