Aaron Wm. Sachs - Attorney Aaron graduated from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. While attending MSU, he received several academic honors including Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Tau Delta, Upper Regents Scholarship, and Dean’s Honor Roll (every semester of college). Aaron was also elected Speaker Pro Tem of the Student Government Association. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. He is a member of the Association of Trial Attorneys of America, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Missouri Bar Association, Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and U.S. District Court. He is also associated with several charitable organizations. Aaron and his wife Shelly are the proud parents of daughter, Sarah and son, Will. Aaron is the son of a minister and grandson of an evangelist. His mother was also an ordained minister and school teacher. Lynne C. Lamy - Attorney Lynne graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri in 1984 where she majored in elementary education and minored in special education. She received numerous academic distinctions. Lynne received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1988. She is a member of the Order of the Coif and the Missouri Law Review, and served as President of Women’s Law Association. Lynne is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. Lynne's career path includes a unique mix of experiences including teaching, private law practice, legal research consulting, marketing, public relations, program development and community education. She views personal injury law practice as a way to help people through a tough time in their lives. She is also very concerned about the challenges faced by people who can no longer work and handles the firm’s Social Security Disability practice. Lynne and her husband, Travis, have two sons, Preston and Logan and two daughters, Jordan and Kirsten. Lynne and Travis serve as worship leaders at their church. They enjoy family time together, both inside and out. Jonathan D. Cope , Attorney Jack graduated Cum Laude from Central Missouri State University in 1977, where he majored in accounting. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law in 1979. From 1979 to 1985, Jack practiced in Sedalia, Missouri with emphasis on federal and state litigation including several products liability, civil and criminal defense jury trials. After 1985, he concentrated his practice in business law and litigation representing several manufacturing, wholesale, distribution and construction companies. Additionally, he has practiced as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Randolph County. Jack is a member of the The Missouri Bar (Legal Education Committee, 1993-2006) and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association (Chairperson, CLE Committee). From 1991 to 2001, he spoke at numerous seminars and published several articles for The Missouri Bar and the law schools located at the University of Missouri in Columbia and Kansas City. Randall, Attorney Jim graduated from Missouri State University with a B.A. in History and minor in English. While attending MSU, he was a member of the National History Honor Society and Phi Alpha Theta. Jim received his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. While there, he served as vice president of the law school’s chapter of the Federalist Society and vice president of the National Lawyer’s Association. He also helped to found the nation’s first law school chapter of the Incorporated Society of Irish-American Lawyers. While in law school, Jim spent several months doing volunteer work in New York City for the South Bronx Educational Foundation, a mentoring program aimed at instilling virtue in Bronx youth through academics and athletics. Jim is currently a member of MATA and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association. When not at work, Jim enjoys spending time with his daughter Hailee.
Joel A. Block, Attorney
Joel graduated from Truman State University cum laude with a B.S. in business administration (finance) and minor in economics. While attending Truman State, he was a member of Alpha Phi Omega. Joel received his Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2001. While there, he served as president of the law school's chapter of the Christian Legal Society and author for the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review.
Joel is a member of MATA and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
Joel and his wife, Shelley, have two sons and a daughter, Noah, Nathan and Natalie Kate. Joel and Shelley volunteer at their church and enjoy spending time with family and friends. Joel is also involved in the community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Pregnancy Care Center in Springfield.
